The agreement emphasizes the adoption of advanced digital systems, including electronic archiving of judicial decisions and automated data exchange between relevant entities, thereby reducing reliance on traditional procedures and improving operational efficiency.The second protocol, signed between the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Public Prosecution, the “Qaderoon Bekhtelaf” Fund, and Orange Egypt, focuses on empowering persons with disabilities by enabling accessible and cost-effective digital access to Public Prosecution services. It also includes the provision of free SIM cards for outstanding and talented individuals with disabilities to ensure seamless connectivity to essential digital services.These protocols underscore Egypt’s continued commitment to strengthening governance, accelerating judicial processes, and promoting inclusive social protection systems that ensure equitable access to services for all citizens.
