Dr. Mohamed El Guindy — Senior Cybercrime Expert at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Advisor to the Public Prosecution Office, and President of the London Cyber Science and Technology Academy (LCST) — participated in the IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Information Systems (ICICIS 2025) and the SCU Committee for Computing and Informatics, held on 25–26 November 2025 at the Triumph Luxury Hotel, Cairo, Egypt.ICICIS 2025 is a premium international conference that focuses on the theory, development, application, and evaluation of advancements in computing technologies. The conference brings together researchers and practitioners from around the world and serves as an international forum for advancing knowledge in artificial intelligence, computational intelligence, and intelligent information systems. It provides a platform to present and observe the latest research outcomes, innovative ideas, and emerging technological trends.The conference was organized by the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences (FCIS), Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.
